1. Go to the nearest Ghana Telecom Care4U center or call 021-200555/021-237495 or email ecare@ghanatel.net , to request for a form or download a form from eCARE site

2. Fill and submit form to eCARE Project Office at GT Head office or nearest Ghana Telecom Care4U center

3. You will be given an interview appointment when form is submitted to attend interview as requested.

4. You will Receive notification on your successful selection for a prequalification training at the Ghana Telecom University College-Accra.

5. Participate in eCARE entrepreneur training and obtain certification after training.

6. Receive notification of successful qualification for a loan to own an RBC.

7. Pay your seed money into the designated account.

8. Bingo! you are an eCARE entrepreneur.
